Fees & Inclusions
We know how busy life is - especially when you have children - so we offer care that includes everything your child will need to make life as easy as possible.
Our centre fees can be found in the menu to the right. If a fee for an upcoming centre cannot be found in this list, that means that we haven't confirmed the fee just yet - but as soon as we do, you will find it there! We will also communicate with families on the waitlist regarding the fee, so make sure you submit an enquiry to join our waitlist if you're keen to stay in the loop on the fees for our new centres.
The fees listed here represent the full daily rate for care. Most families are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, which considerably reduced families' out of pocket costs. For a general overview of the CCS check out our CCS Fact Sheet. We have also prepared a detailed overview of the CCS, which is available on our blog.
The daily rate for care at our centres includes:
- Five delicious and nutritious meals prepared fresh on-site daily by our talented chef
- A best-practice approach to the health and safety of children in our care
- Education and care facilitated by a strong, stable, qualified and highly-trained team of Educators dedicated to your child's wellbeing, safety and growth
- A high-quality all-inclusive service where you don't have to worry about providing nappies, wipes, cot sheets or sunscreen - just bring your child, a change of clothes including a hat, formula and bottles (if required) and any personal items they need
- Complete transparency and authenticity about what happens in the centre each day through our parent app
- Personalised education and care that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual child
- Opportunities for children and parents alike to socialise and create a strong sense of community around the daily life of the centre
- A unique school readiness program that stimulates your child's natural curiosity, helping them to develop life and learning skills
- A commitment to intergenerational equity through environmentally sustainable operations
Enrolments & Waitlists
The daily rates outlined above apply once a place has been offered and an enrolment is confirmed.
Submitting an enquiry or attending a tour does not automatically secure a place. All enrolments at Futuro are managed through a waitlist process. When you submit an enquiry, your child’s details are added to the waitlist for your preferred centre, age group and days.
As vacancies become available, families are contacted in line with availability, service capacity and regulatory requirements. Our team will guide you through the enrolment process if and when a suitable place becomes available.
Enrolments & Waitlists – FAQs
- Does submitting an enquiry secure a place? No. Submitting an enquiry places your child on our waitlist but does not guarantee enrolment.
- Does attending a tour mean my child will get a place? Tours help families learn about our service and decide if it’s the right fit, but they do not secure a place or move families ahead on the waitlist
- How are places offered? Places are offered when vacancies become available and are matched based on: Child’s age group, Days requested, Preferred start date, Service priorities and capacity
- Is the waitlist first come, first served? Not strictly. While enquiry date is considered, availability must align with age group ratios and existing enrolment patterns. This means some families may be contacted earlier if a vacancy closely matches their needs.
- How long will we be on the Waitlist? Wait times vary and depend on demand, age group availability, and requested days. Our team will contact families directly when a suitable place becomes available.
- Will you contact us if no place is available yet? We typically contact families when a vacancy arises that matches their request. You’re welcome to update your details or check in with us if your circumstances change.
- Can I apply for multiple Futuro centres? Yes. Families may submit enquiries for multiple centres to increase flexibility and availability options.
